The best thing I ever did for my personal health journey was to become a coach. There's no greater motivation, no greater accountability and no greater path to having fun while getting healthy than to be a part of a community and to know that others are looking up to you to inspire their own journey.
What I needed to be successful in my personal wellness journey was a safe place to be 100% myself. To share my struggles, my successes and my story. To be encouraged and to offer encouragement. To be challenged and to challenge. To be loved and to give love. To be celebrated and to celebrate. That's why I've created a tribe of women who support each other in living their healthiest, best life while successfully running their own businesses. It's a win win for everyone and a hell of a lot of fun!
When I became a coach, it changed my life! When you join Team HustleWithHeart you are joining a family. Fitness: Becoming the healthiest version of you can be hard. But when you have the support and accountability of a community that knows you, understands you, supports you and challenges you it's - 100% doable. As a coach, we have an extra level of accountability because we want to be proof the product works. That means we have to show up and put in the work that we expect our teams to put in. So while we're "working" and inspiring others to become their healthiest self we are also crushing our own fitness goals!
Finances: Just like your fitness goals are unique to you and your body, your financial goals are also unique to you and your circumstances AND they can change throughout this journey. But whether you want to earn a part-time income or a full-time income - the opportunity is here...you just have to go for it! As a single mom to two boys, coaching has been the opportunity I needed to share my passion for health and fitness, make a full-time income to take care of myself and my boys and do it all with a flexible schedule.
Community: When I left my family, friends and barre studio back in Nashville to move to LA, the thing I missed most was having a community. Becoming a coach has given me the opportunity to connect with women around the WORLD who love and support me. They are real, authentic and vulnerable with me and they give me a secure place to be all of those things too. We laugh together, cry together, sweat together, travel together and celebrate life together. I've made some of my absolute best friends through coaching and can't imagine being on this journey without them!
Travel: If you like to travel you will have plenty of opportunities as a coach. It's by no means required or expected, but as someone who spent years of her life being afraid to step too far out of her comfort zone (read...get on airplane) I'm making up for lost time and taking every opportunity to see the world! Beachbody coaching provides multiple opportunities a year for us to travel together as a team. Yes, it takes work to earn these trips, but what an amazing opportunity to work with some of your best friends and be rewarded with free trips to places like Riviera Maya, The Bahamas, cruises, Dominican Republic, Las Vegas, Scottsdale, Beach Retreats, the UK, and more.
