One of my biggest lessons in 2020 was that my worth isn't related to my work. I don't have to always be doing and proving. A life well lived is a life that includes down time, rest & relaxation. Sacrificing these things don't make me more worthy of success...it just makes me more exhausted.
Christmas week was also the launch week for the biggest program of the year in my health coaching business. That meant really putting into practice my new mindset around work and worthiness and focusing on working smarter...not harder...so I could enjoy the holidays, my family, and still meet the needs of my team and clients.
Here's a sneak peek into what that looked like for me as practicing health coach and a work in progress.
I hope you find some helpful tips, tools and inspiration. All of the recipes, products and workouts are linked below if you're interested in learning more. If you have questions, find me on Instagram @coachcalie and DM. I respond to all of my own messages weekly.
